The industry shall submit the following details:
Environment Management Plan (EMP), date of commission is to be change, ETP details, CFE compliance report, water consumption & waste water disposal, flow meters, greenbelt, raw material & production capacity should mention clearly, processing of plastic waste authorization, plastic waste generation & storage and disposal, Boiler & Air Pollution Control Equipment (APCE), chimney, DG set and the as per the CFO application the industry has to pay CFO fee for ‘5’ years is Rs.12,89,000/- (Per year Rs.2,57,800/-) for the project cost of Rs.4295 Lakhs.
