With reference to your query dated 26-10-2021. We are herewith submitting the clarifications for your kind perusal. The Land and Buildings we have purchased from M/s. Somani Plastic Industries who were proposed to manufacturer of polythene bags and obtained the CFE also. Later on they dropped their proposals and sold their land and buildings only to M/s. Divya Sai Wood Panels Private Limited for manufacturing of WPC PVC Foam Board in the said premises. Our line of activity is falls under green category. The required documents are submitting for grant of CFE under green category.
1) Mfg. of WPC PVC Foam Board
2) Mfg. process with flow chart
3) Self Certification
4) Site Plan
5) Sale deed
6) Village plan
In view of the above, we have already resubmitted our application Vide No. 3395051 dated 31-12-2021 for grant of CFE for manufacturing of WPC PVC Foam Board. Under green category of industry.
Therefore, request you to grant the CFE in favour of Divya Sai Wood Panels Pvt. Ltd. Under green category. Since our line of activity is WPC PVC Foam Board.
