We are planning to manufacture PVC Blister film, PVDC coated PVC films and PVC based laminates in the quoted facility in a phased manner. All these products are non-toxic and used as primary packing material for the pharma and food industry. All our ingredients also will be of non-toxic nature.
While applying for the CFE through TSiPASS, there is only one suitable option available for our process, which is Green
The Solvent Ethyl Acetate is used in production is less than 100 Kgs /month, (Wrongly mentioned as 1.16 MT per month). This will be under Phase 2 operations
Actually, our production process will be coming under Green Category, but it may be considered under Orange category, due to the Thermopac operation.
For the Thermopac - we are planning to use Bio mass based Briquettes as fuel and planning to provide MDC/ Twin Cyclone Dust Collector and Bag filter as Pollution Control Equipment.
We are planning to have a stand by DG of 625 KVA capacity, in case of grid failure.
We use water for the cooling purpose in a closed loop and there is no product direct contact with water, So there is no water pollution in our plant.
