As per the information submitted, the industry is proposing hot mix plant at Balanagar, Begumpet which fall under Orange category under line of activity "Hot Mix Plants". However, as per GO MS No.20, dt:01.03.2013 of Industries and Commerce dept.& TSPCB Circular dt.20.09.2016, establishment of new industries under Orange and Red categories is not allowed within the Outer Ring Road. Kindly submit document pertaining to date of establishment prior to 01.03.2013 if it is an old industry.Find the attached GO and Board Circular for information. |
