The proponent has paid CFE fee Rs. 2,500/- on 20.08.2022 under Green Cat. as per CFE project cost of Rs. 252.82 Lakhs to calculate the CFE fee.
But, the industry comes under Orange category and the proponent shall pay the balance CFE fee of Rs. 35,500/- and shall submit Site plan & Topo Plan, Registered land documents in the name of applicant and partnership deed & detailed EMP report (Boiler details, ETP details, Water consumption & waste water generation and disposal, solid waste generation and its disposal & Air pollution control equipment details, Process description).
