M/s. Prasad Clay Pipes (Ceramics Unit) has applied for Renewal CFO of the Board. The unit has paid CFO fee of Rs. 1,58,003/- through TS-iPASS, Dt:15.10.2022 under Water & Air acts under Orange Category for 10 years period with a capital investment of Rs. 210.67 Lakhs. But, the proponent shall pay the balance CFE fee of Rs. 2,815/- for increased project cost of Rs.17.59 Lakhs. (Earlier project cost was Rs.1.93 Cr). The industry shall submit condition wise compliance of CFO Order dt:19.12.2017 of Schedule -B conditions & shall submit latest investment proof (CA Certificate).
