As per the documents submitted, the industry has proposed to increase the production capacity of the existing products and proposing for additional products including API production with 1 Kg/day, which comes under Red category and commercial production of API is required to obtain prior Environmental Clearance. As there is no clarity on the expansion products mentioned, kindly submit a detailed EMP along with the expansion quantities of production, water consumption, wastewater generation and hazardous waste generation and disposal details.
But the application is submitted again without submitting EMP , waste consumption generation details etc as requested earlier |
