The proponent has paid CFE fee Rs.1,900/- on 31.10.2022 under Green Cat. as per CFE project cost of Rs. 23.0 Lakhs to calculate the CFE fee.
But, the industry comes under Orange category and the proponent shall pay the balance CFE fee of Rs. 1,780/- under Water & Air Acts and shall submit detailed EMP report (ETP details, Waste water generation and its disposal, solid waste generation and its disposal & Air pollution control equipment details, Process description).
