We M/s Kothur Logistics Park Private Limited. Kothuru, Rangareddy District applied for Consent for Operation (CFO) for Block C in the park. We are going to construct 6 blocks and now block c is ready. It is an empty block and the built up area of the Block C 15,300 Sqm. We have already taken CFE for the Park. It will take time to construct remaining blocks (A,B,D, E and F) because it will involve investment. Other blocks will be constructed one by one. Now block C is ready and we are going leased out for the prospective industries mentioned in the Environmental Clearance (EC) that is Warehousing/Industrial/Logistics/Storage. The STP is ready with the capacity of 240 KLD (for Entire Park) simultaneously this will be used for the Block C with 20 KLD capacity. So there is no operations in the entire park except Block C , we applied for CFO for the same block.
The line activity is not listed in the TSiPASS industrial portal. We are preferring to apply under Red category so taking as line activity one of the Red Category (Automobile manufacturing-Integrated facility) even though it is not our activity. We have taken guidance of TSPCB head office and RO, Rangareddy regarding this. So requesting you to please consider and issue the CFO for Block C, Kothur Logistics Park Private Limited under Warehousing/Industrial/Logistics/Storage.
