| Clarification Note: |
1. The proponent shall obtain revocation of Stop production order for M/s. Amber Industries, located at Sy no 127/AA, Theegapur (V), Kothur (M), Rangareddy District.
2. At time of the CFE application the M/s. DEEPAK STEEL ENTERPRISES on has taken lease from M/s. Divya Mangala Metal. But, again it was found that, M/s. Bhagyanagar Industries (P) ltd has submitted lease document dated: 26.04.2022 from M/s. DEEPAK STEEL ENTERPRISES.
3. Now, during inspection, it was found that the industry is operating in the name of M/s. Bhagyanagar Industries (P) ltd at same premises i..e, at Sy No 127/AA, but now the industry has applied for CFO at the same premises in the name of i.e., M/s. DEEPAK STEEL ENTERPRISES in the same premises at Sy no 127/AA.
4. The proponent shall submit compliance status on the CFE rejected points issued by the Board on 18.10.2022. |
