Earlier, the proponent has applied through Ts-ipass on 04.11.2022 and as per your instructions, I have inspected the proposed site and submitted inspection remarks to you and the same is placed before CFE committee meeting held on 18.11.2022 and the committee has rejected the application as the proposed site is in house layout plots. Now, the proponent has applied for appeal against rejection and submitted commitment letter to shift the industry whenever houses built in the adjacent plots.
Hence, the application may be examined at your level for decision making. |
