1. The industry has mentioned sy no 84 , 85, 86 in application & in self-certification the industry has not mentioned sy nos. Hence, the industry shall submit correct land documents.
2. The industry shall submit existing and expansion of production, water consumption, waste water generation its treatment and solid waste generation and its disposal, source of Air Pollution control equipment measure.
3. The industry has to pay balance consent fee of Rs.135000/-
4. The industry shall submit conditions wise compliance on existing CFO issued by the Board.
