1. The service centre has not submitted details of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) along with Oil & Grease Trap generated from automobile washings and floor washings.
2. The service centre has not submitted the details of waste / used oil disposal facilities along with disposal of solid waste.
3. The service centre has submitted financial statement for the current as Rs. 16,79,53,541 whereas has submitted CA certificate with Rs.31.11 lakhs, please justify. Hence, consent fee could not be calculated. |
