The proponent while submitting the CFE application mentioned the project cost of Rs.2.64 Cr and paid Rs.27,240/- under Orange Cat. Now, the industry has filed Fresh CFO and informed that the project cost is Rs. 3.0 Cr.
Hence, the industry shall pay the balance CFE fee of Rs.26,760/- and CFO fee of Rs. 2,70,000/- for 10 Yrs period for the project cost of Rs. 3.0 Cr. The total CFE & CFO fee to be paid is Rs.2,96,760/-. The proponent shall also submit CFE Compliance of order Dt:01.07.2019.
