As per G.O.Ms.No.22, dt:09.07.2018, CFO fee to be paid from Oct’2022 to Mar’2024 i.e., 1 year & 6 months period for the investment of Rs.12.3824 crores under Green category is Rs.67,500/- and penalty fee to be paid including CFE & CFO from Oct’2022 to Jan’2023 is Rs.10,500/- (10% of Consent fee). Hence total fee to be paid is Rs.78,000/- for the period up to 31.03.2024. The applicant has paid CFO fee of Rs.1000/- through TS-iPASS. Hence balance fee to be paid is Rs.77,000/- for further processing. |
