Sub:
1. Consideration of my application/company under ORANGE category as per your list of category of factories.
2. Your query: Dated 27/01/2023. As per the process flow chart, the proposed activity involves phosphor coating, which comes under surface treatment activity under Red category. Hence submit the application under Red category for further processing.

Our company is in the field of assembling LED lights and manufacturing of LED light housings. As per the flow charts mentioned below, we gave only the step by step procedure of manufacturing of LED light, but we are not doing anything related to first four (4) steps of the flow chart Figure No. 1 and first two (2) steps of the flow chart Figure No. 2.
We get the sub-assembled parts of the LED lights from market which cover first 4 steps in figure no.1, and start assembling the lights (from 5th step onwards) as shown in figure 1 & 2 of flow charts. There is absolutely NO involvement of ….
(a) Surface coating
(b) Heat treatment
(c) Phosphor coating etc….

We are manufacturing housings of LED lights which involves simple painting. This category comes under ORANGE (S.No.102 in your list of factory categories)

Further we inform you that, there will be simple and medium fabrication activities such as frames, poles, and structures etc. which are used in LED lighting field.
Hence, we humbly request you to consider our company in the ORANGE category.
