Environmental Clearance order was obtained from SEIAA for the proposed project in the name of Smt. C.Nagendramani, Smt.M.Sree Deepika & Sri.C.Veera Bhadraiah, Sy. No.18, Gachibowli (V), Serilingampally (M), Rangareddy district, Telangana State for construction of commercial complex built up area is 34,950.25 Sq.m.The project consists of a Block (4C + G + 10 floors).
M/s. Hari Krishna Institute of Oncology Private Limited has taken lease of the demised premises of commercial complex with built up area 2,50,000 SFT (23225.75Sq.m) for 15 years period for operating Hospital.
Subsequently, the Head Office issued CFE to the proponent HCF vide order dated 29.11.2022 for establishment of the HCF with 200 beds for partially completed project with built up area of 17,078.39 Sq. mtrs.
Now the HCF has applied for CFO at RO-Rangareddy and the verification report was forwarded to Zonal Office stating the builtup area is less than 20,000 Sq.Mts.
The issue was placed before the CFO Committee of the Zonal Office and after detailed discussion recommended to forward the application along with CFO verification report to Head Office as the Building was issued with Environmental Clearance from SEIAA in the name of Smt. C.Nagendramani, Smt.M.Sree Deepika & Sri.C.Veera Bhadraiah for construction of commercial complex built up area is 34,950.25 Sq.m. consisting a Block (4C + G + 10 floors) and as per the delegation of powers CFE & CFO applications of EC Cases are to be processed at Head Office.
As per the recommendations of the Committee and as per the delegation of power the CFO& BMW Authorization Applications of the proponent are returned to forwarded to Head Office for for further process.
