The industry is located in the premises of IIT, Hyderabad, Kandi, Sangreddy. The representative informed that the RMC is used for captive purpose for construction of Hostels of IIT. It is observed that the builtup area of IIT, Hyderabad is more thatn 20,000 Sqm. and obtained EC and CFE of the Board.
Hence, the proposed RMC comes under Red category where as the propnent has applied under Green category, the same shall be clarified |
