EE/Sir, M/s. Angel Plasto Craft, Plot No. 36, Phase-V, IDA Cherlapally, Kapra (M), Medchal-Malkajgiri District has applied directly for CFO of the Board under Green Category for manufacturing of Plastic Injection Moulding Goods, Plastic Chairs, Plastic Crates, Plastic Trays and Engineering Plastic Goods.
As per G.O.Ms. No. 20, dt: 01.03.2013 and as per B.O. circular dt: 20.09.2016, the Board has issued instructions not to issue CFE to any new industries or for expansion of existing industries located within ORR and covered under Red and Orange categories. The industry is located within ORR. However, during the inspection the representatives informed that they have obtained acknowledgement for SSI unit vide order dated: 23.01.2009 from DIC, Rangareddy and operating the unit since 2009.
During inspection, vide reference the Board Officials inspected on 01.02.2023 and observed that the industry is manufacturing recycling granules from Plastic waste scrap and also carrying out Manufacturing of coolers and Root Trainers. Hence the activity falls under Orange Category. The industry has to apply under Orange Category.
