The Member Secretary, Telangana State Pollution Control Board (formerly A.P. Pollution Control Board) had issued a circular Memo No.10/PCB/CFE/RO&ZO/2000-86, dated 19.04.2001, directing this Office not to accept any application of the industries which falls in the Catchment area of Himayathsagar and Osmansagar lakes and as per GPS Co-Ordinates submitted, the industry's location comes under Catchment area of Himayathsagar and Osmansagar lakes & G.O.Ms.No.111. Hence, the CFE Application is Not Considered. |
