Reject Note: Rejected. During inspection following non-compliance was observed: 1. The industry has installed and operating 5 TPH capacity Boiler using firewood as fuel. 2. The industry has not provided closed shed for storage of ash, lime storage tank which is resulting in fugitive dust emissions. 3. Heavy dust accumulation was observed on the haul roads within the industry premises, indicating uncontrolled fugitive dust emissions. 4. Industry is not carrying out regular sweeping of roads. The accumulated dust on the roads is resulting in fugitive dust emissions to the surroundings during vehicle movement. 5. The industry has not provided water sprinklers to control fugitive dust emissions. 6. The waste water contaminated with fly ash and dust is getting stagnated in the open areas and unlined pit within the premises and the same is being discharged outside the industry premises. 7. Industry has not provided effluent treatment plant for wastewater treatment. 8. The industry has not provided flow meters to assess the water consumption and waste water generation. 9. Lot of brick waste was stored haphazardly stored on the ground at various places within the premises. 10. The industry has not developed adequate greenbelt. 11. As per analysis report of the samples of waste water being discharged into the drain near boiler blow down sump and waste water sample collected from unlined pit within the industry premises, collected on 16.11.2022, the parameter values are exceeding the surface water discharge standards. 12. The Board Officials conducted Stack monitoring of 5 TPH Boiler and AAQ Monitoring at Periphery of the industry near main gate on 09.01.2023.
