| Clarification Note: |
1. The HCF shall submit the CBMWTF service certificate for 250 beds.
2. The HCF shall submit the DMHO acknowledgement copy for 250 beds.
3. As per the MOU submitted by the HCF, the total builtup area is more than 20000 sq mts. Hence, the HCF is directed to apply for Environmental Clearance (EC) as per EIA notification, 2006.
4. The HCF shall submit CA certified balance sheet, site plan, building plan, STP details and EMP details.
