The proponent has acquired an area of 2.0 Acres at Sy No.115/1/1/2, 114/4, Chinnapuram (V), Buggaram (M), Jagtial District from M/s. S.V Agro Industries, Sy No.114/3, 114/4, 115/1/1, Chinnapuram (V), Buggaram (M), Jagtial District on lease basis. Whereas, M/s. S.V Agro Industries has obtained CFE from the Board vide orders dated 30.12.2022 for production of Boiled Rice-28 TPD (Paddy-40 TPD) in an area of 6.0 Acres. As per guidelines for 40TPD of Paddy for Boiled rice milling minimum area required is 5.0 Acres. Hence, the proponent shall clarify about additional land details possessed by M/s. SV Agro industries and also the proponent has to acquire additional land for proposed unit i.e. M/s. SP Agro industries required as per guidelines. The proponent shall pay the CFE fee 41,300/-. |
