The proponent has acquired in area of 8092.48 Sq. Mtrs for setting up of Diary unit. But, as per guidelines minimum area required for establishment of a Dairy unit is 3.0 Acres. Hence, the proponent shall acquired additional land as required. The proponent shall submit details of category wise waste water generation, ETP capacity, Boiler capacity and Air Pollution Control Equipment details and the proponent shall pay CFE balance fee of Rs.1,28,000/-. |
