M/s. Cospower India New Energy Private Limited is located at Plot No.25-B, Hardware Park, Maheshwaram (M), Rangareddy District has applied for CFE (Exp) of the Board for Assembly & Testing of EV Battery Pack (Lithium Ions Battery) & Service of Battery Module (Lithium Ions Battery).
During inspection, it was observed that, the industry has already obtained CFE from the Board on 07.06.2022 and is carrying out operations involving Service of Battery Module (Lithium Ions Battery).
Hence, the CFE application of the M/s. Cospower India New Energy Private Limited, Plot No.25-B, Hardware Park, Maheshwaram (M), Rangareddy District is herewith Returned and directed to apply for Consent for Operation (CFO) of the Board.
You may also note that there shall not be operations without obtaining CFO of the Board, as required under Sec. 25/26 of Water Act and 21/22 of Air Act, which is punishable under section 44 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under section 37 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
