M/s. Venkata Ramana Motors, Plot No.13, Block No.42, Sy.No.96/1/A, Auto Nagar, Bagh Hayathnagar, Hayathnagar (M), Rangareddy District has obtained CFE of the Board for Automobie Service and Repair Center – 150 Nos./month..
Vide reference 2nd cited, the industry has applied for Consent for Operation (CFO) of the board for Automobile Service and Repair Center Unit at Plot No.13, Block No.42, Sy.No.96/1/A, Auto Nagar, Bagh Hayathnagar, Hayathnagar (M), Rangareddy District with an investment of Rs.15 Lakhs under Orange Category.
In this regard, this Office officials has inspected the site on 21.04.2023 and observed the following:
a. The service center has not installed Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for treatment of washing effluents and has started servicing of vehicles.
In view of the above mentioned reasons, the CFO application of the M/s. Venkata Ramana Motors, Plot No.13, Block No.42, Sy.No.96/1/A, Auto Nagar, Bagh Hayathnagar, Hayathnagar (M), Rangareddy District is herewith Rejected.
The proponent may appeal on the above observations duly submitting compliance report through TS-iPASS Portal.
You may also note that there shall not be operation without obtaining CFO of the Board, as required under Sec. 25/26 of Water Act and 21/22 of Air Act, which is punishable under section 44 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under section 37 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
