This office officials has inspected the site on 27.04.2023 and observed that the the site falls within 10kms radius of Himayatsagar and Osmansagar lakes which attracts G.O.Ms.No.111 M.A, dated 08.03.1996 according to which the establishment of industries is prohibited within 10kms radius(s (i.e. both on upstream and downstream side) of Himayatsagar and Osmansagar lakes
Hence, the CFE application of the M/s. Sree Janani Infracon Private Limited, Sy.No.165/AA, 167/A3/1, 167/AA5A, 167/AA/2, 167/A2/1, 167/A2/2, 167/AA3, 167/A1/1, Kondakal (V), Shankarpalle (M), Rangareddy District is herewith Not Considered
