The applications for CFO,HWA&BMWA applications of M/s. Yashoda Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd., Venture-I & Venture-II, Secunderabad were examined and noticed that, one of the HCF has obtained Environmental Clearance form SEIAA and both the HCFs are having common STP of capacity of 200 KLD which is insufficient as per the Board Circular dated:21.12.2020.
It is to inform that, as per Board Circular dated:17.11.2022 with regard to delegation of powers for processing of the HCF applications for issuing combined CFO, HWA & BMWA Orders, the applications of Units (HCFs) covered under EIA Notification, 2006 & Amendments thereof with investment above Rs.5.0 Crores needs to be processed at Head Office.
Further, the proponent vide letter dated:25.04.2023 informed that, they have upgraded STP capacity from 350 KLD to 475 KLD. A copy of the same is attached for reference and for verification.
In view of the above, CFO,HWA& BMWA applications along with verification reports of both the Venture-I and Venture-II of M/s. Yashoda Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd., Secunderabad are herewith returned for further processing as per the delegation of power issued vide Board Circular dated:17.11.2022 and as both the HCFs constructed common STP.
