M/s. Ramky Infrastructure Limited has applied for Consent for Establishment (CFE) for RMC Unit at Sy.No.765/AA, Korremula (V), Ghatkesar (M), Medchal-Malkajgiri District with an investment of Rs.60 Lakhs under Green Category.
In this regard, this office officials has inspected the site on 06.07.2023 and observed the following:
1. Anjani School campus is located at a distance of 240 m and school building is located at a distance of 360 m in the North-West direction.
2. Residential area & upcoming houses of Sriram Nagar Social Service Association, Narapally are located at a distance of 100 m in West directions. An independent house is located immediately North of the proposed project.
In view of the above mentioned reasons, the CFE application of the M/s. Ramky Infrastructure Limited, Sy.No.765/AA, Korremula (V), Ghatkesar (M), Medchal - Malkajgiri District is herewith Rejected.
The proponent may appeal on the above observations duly submitting compliance report through TS-iPASS Portal.
You may also note that there shall not be any activity without obtaining CFE / CFO of the Board, as required under Sec. 25/26 of Water Act and 21/22 of Air Act, which is punishable under section 44 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under section 37 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
