The industry's CFE re-appeal application and the verification report of RO, Nizamabad were placed before the CFE Committee meeting held on 05.07.2023. After detailed discussions, the Committee has noted that the industry's re-appeal is not considered as the industry has not complied with earlier rejected points and opined that the decisions taken earlier holds goods. The ZO, RC Puram vide reference 13th cited has also communicated the order dt: 10.07.2023 stating that the re-appeal is not considered.
Now, the industry vide reference 14th cited, has once again was filed re-appeal of CFE through TS-iPASS on 11.07.2023.
