M/s. Wallotech India Private Limited, Sy.No.113/A/AA, 113/AA/AA, Nandipalle (V), Maheswaram (M), Rangareddy District has applied for CFE of the Board for manufacturing of Non Load Bearing Acotec Walls – 12000 Units/day with an investment of Rs.350 Lakhs.
Vide reference 4th cited, this Office officials have visited Nandipalle (V), Maheswaram (M) to inspect the site of the industry. However, the proposed site of the industry could not be identified and the proponent’s phone was not reachable through the given number in TS-iPASS portal. Further, the proponent has also not responded to the messages for clarification regarding the same.
In view of the above, the CFE application of the M/s. Wallotech India Private Limited, Sy.No.113/A/AA, 113/AA/AA, Nandipalle (V), Maheswaram (M), Rangareddy Distric (TS-iPASS) is herewith Not Considered.
The proponent may appeal on the above observations duly submitting the required data / compliance report through TS-iPASS Portal.
You may also note that there shall not be any activity without obtaining CFE/CFO of the Board, as required under Sec. 25/26 of Water Act and 21/22 of Air Act, which is punishable under section 44 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under section 37 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
