Dear industry, the Zonal Office, RC Puram has Reject the CFO application of the industry for the following reasons:
1. As per the CFE order, the industry shall maintain the radial distance of 1 KM away from the processing block to the nearest human habitation whereas the industry has not complied condition.
2. As per the CFE order, the industry shall provide extraction and scrubbing systems to mitigation of smell or to avoid any accidental leakages of poisonous gases generated during formulation process whereas the industry has not complied condition.
3. The industry has not provided water meters to measure the actual water consumption and waste water generation.
4. The industry has not developed 33 % of greenbelt area in total area of the industry.
In view of the above, you are directed to submit compliance to the above rejected points and resubmit the application. |
