| Clarification Note: |
1. Earlier, the industry has obtained CFO under Orange Category and the industry shall submit application Orange category at Sy No 45 i.e, Manufacturing of glass .
2. The industry has obtained CFO vide order dt: 14.12.2015 which is expired on 30.04.2020. Hence, the industry shall obtained CFO renewal and apply for CFE expansion.
3. The industry shall submit existing and expansion of production, water consumption, waste water generation its treatment and solid waste generation and its disposal, source of Air Pollution control equipment measure.
4. The industry has to pay CFE fee as per Orange Category. |
