The Slaughter House shall submit conditions wise compliance on CFO issued by the Board and also submit point wise compliance on directions dated 20.05.2019 issued by the Board. 2. The Slaughter House shall submit financial statement for the current year. 3. M/s. Government Slaughter House, New Bhoiguda has submitted Bank Guarantee of Rs.4.0 Lakhs towards with a validity of one year towards Compliance of consent conditions and continuous operation of ETP" which is valid upto 31.08.2023 to this office. Please submit details of ETP. 4. The Slaughter House shall submit conditions wise compliance on CPCB issued directions to all the Slaughter houses i.e. i) To install Rendering Plant (dry) along with blood coagulator for processing of animal waste ii) To install well designed effluent Treatment Plant for treatment of wastewater so that the treated effluent comply with the standards prescribed under Environment (O) Act, 1986 and iii) To discontinue operation of slaughter house without Consent under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. 5. The slaughter house shall submit details of ETP repaired and its operation. |
