The industry shall submit sale deed / registered lease deed and the industry has applied under Green category under the line of activity “Polythene and plastic processed products manufacturing (virgin plastic)”. However, as per the process flow chart, industry is also using recycled granules, which falls under Orange category under the line of activity “Reprocessing of waste plastic including PVC”. Hence, the industry shall re-submit the application in Orange Category i.e., “Reprocessing of waste plastic including PVC” and submit the sale deed / registered lease deed. |
