No. 738/1, Lakdaram (V), Patancheru (M), Sangareddy District from TSPCB by the earlier lease holder. As the lease and EC transferred to M/s. Lara Stone Crusher, you are requested to submit a request letter at TSPCB, Regional Office-I, Sangareddy with relevant enclosures for change of name from M/s. Sri K. Venkat Rao to M/s. Lara Stone Crusher. Online application is not required for change of name of the quarry. |
