Sub: Request to consider the line of Activity under Green Category – Reg.
Ref: Our CFE for expansion Application
We M/s. South Glass Private Limited, submit that we have applied for CFE for expansion for carrying our Toughed Glass under green category. However, our application for CFE for expansion was returned on 05/08/2023 stating that earlier our industry obtained CFO UNDER Orange Category which was expired on 30/04/2020 and directed to apply for CFO renewal and then Come for CFE for expansion of the Board.
It is to submit that we are not involved in manufacturing of glass. We bring the glass from the glass manufacturers and carry on toughing of glass using electrical heating systems. The glass will be passed through heated electrical coils at required temperature to get the toughened glass. There will be no process emissions of any type of air pollution.
In this regard, we request to kindly consider process under green category & Sl.No. 21 of list of categories notified by TSPCB and also submit that we are applying for renewal of CFO of the Board.
