2. The proponent has not submitted lease document for a period of 7 years with details of the completion of the project. Also clarify whether its is Ready Mix or Wet Mix project.
3. The proponent has mentioned Kalwakurthy Village, Nagarkurnool District in in self – certification but whereas land document address as SY NO 231/A4/1/2 AND 231/A3, Mathati Village Nagarkurnool Mandal & District. Hence, proponent has submit self – certification as per lease agreement document.
4.The proponent has mentioned address as Vanapatla village, Nagarkurnool Mandal & District whereas in application the document address is mentioned as Mathati Village instead of Vanapatla (V), Nagarkurnool Mandal & District. Please clarify.
5. The proponent shall submit work order letter from the competent authority for Km 0+00 to Km 79+000 (Kalwakurthy to Kollapur section).
6. The proponent shall submit capacity of DG set and quantities of water consumption & waste water generation and its treatment system and also Solid waste & its disposal.
