As per GO Ms No.22, dt:09.07.2018, the industry has to pay the following fee under Air and Water Acts and under Green category:
• The investment was increased from Rs. 13.02 Crores to Rs. 18.61 Crores as on 31.03.2022 (CA Certificate) under Green category.
• CFE fee of Rs. 50,400/- under Green category
• The industry has to pay CFO fee from 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2033 (10 years) of Rs. 4,50,000/-
• The industry has to pay total fee of Rs. 500400/-. However, the industry has paid Rs. 5000/- through TSiPASS on 26.04.2023. Hence, the industry has to pay balance fee of Rs. 4,95,400/-.
