Jibss Vet Pharmaceuticals Private Limited with same address located at Sy No 588 TO 630, PLOT NOS.L-5/2,L-5/3,L-5/4, Jadcherla (V), Jadcherla (M), Mahabubnagar District to M/s. JIBSS FOODS AND NUTRITION PRIVATE LIMITED. But earlier, M/s. Jibss Vet Pharmaceuticals Private Limited located at Sy No 588 to 630, PLOT NOS.L-5/2,L-5/3,L-5/4, Jadcherla (V), Jadcherla (M), Mahabubnagar District who is the owner has already obtained CFE of the Board on 30.12.2022 for 5 years with same address. Hence, the proponent shall submit correct land documents with separate address.
2) Earlier, this office has raised query for not mentioning Sy No in Self Certification. Now, also the proponent has not submitted Self Certification with new address and new Sy. No.
3) The proponent has not submitted details of waste water generation its treatment and solid waste generation and its disposal, source of Air Pollution control equipment measure.
