The Board Officials have inspected the industry and surroundings on 05.10.2023.
After careful scrutiny of documents submitted by the industry, the CFO application of M/s. Harshita Plastic Products Private Limited, Plot No. 109 & 114, Sy No. 187 & 188, Plastic Park, IDA Mankhal (Expansion), Mankhal(V), Maheshwaram (M), Rangareddy District is not considered for the following reasons:
1 Earlier, the industry has obtained CFE of the Board, Date: 11.11.2021 for manufacture of “Household Articles Containers - 50 TPM”. However, now industry has applied for CFO for “Co-extruded Poly Film- 250 TPM”.
2 The proponent has not submitted Form-1 for Registration as Producer as per Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 & its Amendments thereof.
3 Earlier, the industry has obtained CFE for manufacture of “Household Articles Containers”. However, now industry has applied for CFO for “Co-extruded Poly Film”. However, the industry has not paid additional CFE fee of Rs. 44,400/-.
