1. The industry has started operations of the plant without obtaining CFO of the Board.
2. The industry has provided 12 ft high wind breaking wall on the West side and has not provided 25 ft high wind breaking walls around the plant.
3. The industry has not concreted the entire plant area to control dust emissions during vehicle movement.
4. The industry has not covered the top of the silos with MS / GI sheets to control dust emissions from the PRV, in case of any choking of cement during feeding.
5. The industry has not provided closed sheds for storage of raw materials and not provided water sprinkler systems at raw material storage, vehicle movement, loading and unloading of raw material.
6. The industry has not provided washing effluents collection tanks. The industry is discharging washing effluents on naked ground, thereby causing ground water pollution in the surroundings.
7. The industry has not developed any green belt around the industry for control of dust emissions.
