The District forest officer, Mulugu forwarded letter on 08.09.2023 & 16.10.2023 stating that the sand bearing areas and De-casting of sand in Patta lands. The DFO, Mulugu requested the Board to cancel / not to approve the above (4) SBAs Environmental Clearance and CFE & CFO of the Board, as it is against the rules and guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and as well as provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment 2006 notification guidelines issued by the Government of India.
