| Clarification Note: |
1. The proponent has submitted Self- Certification and in application as 524/A2/3/2, 526/A/2/1/2, 526/A/2/2 where as in sale deed document mentioned as Sy. No 524/A2/3, 526/A/2/1, 526/A/2. Hence , the proponent has to submit correct Self- Certification as per sale document and application.
2. The proponent shall submit details of Water consumption & Waste water generation and its treatment system and also Solid waste & its disposal.
3. The proponent shall submit source of Air Pollution control equipment & its control measures.
4. The proponent has to pay balance consent fee of Rs.2600/-.
