| Clarification Note: |
1.The proponent has mentioned plot no G-17 in self certification whereas in sale deed mentioned as Plot No G - 18. Hence, the proponent shall justify and submit correct self certification.
2.The proponent shall submit Existing & Expansion quantities of production details along with water consumption, waste water generation its treatment and solid waste generation and its disposal, source of Air Pollution control equipment measures.
3. The proponent shall submit 6 months manifest copies of hazardous waste disposal details and also 6 months production, water consumption and generation details.
3.The proponent shall submit existing compliance report on CFO conditions point wise.
4.The proponent has to pay balance consent fee of Rs. 19,220/-. |
