1. The industry was in operation without obtaining renewal of CFO of the Board from the year 2018.
2. The industry shall submit re-validate the Bank Guarantee of Rs. 1.0 lakh with validity of another one year period towards compliance of the CFO conditions stipulated by the Board.
3. During inspection, it was observed that M/s. Hyderabad Cylinders, M/s. R M Cylinders and M/s. Sangaz Cylinders are located within the same compound wall with common entrance for all the above units. Hence, the industry shall provide separate entrance gates for 3 units.
4. The industry shall stop using collection tanks constructed by M/s. Hyderabad Cylinders and shall individually construct separate collection tanks above ground level for storing the washing effluents with minimum 7 days storage capacity within the premises.
5. The industry has not provided two black boards of size 6ft by 4ft at the main entrance.
6. The industry shall submit 6 months production details, water consumption, waste water generation its treatment and solid waste generation and its disposal, source of Air Pollution control equipment measure.
7. The industry has not constructed separate rain water drains.
8. The industry shall regularly operate the dust collectors followed by bag filters at zinc spraying section.
9. As per CFO order dated 07.08.2017, the industry shall obtain membership from M/s. IDPL, RR District for further treatment and disposal of process and washing effluents. But, the industry is not lifting the washing effluent to M/s. IDPL and provide below ground level collection tanks.
10. The industry has not provided separate water meters to assess the actual water consumption and waste water generation.
11. The industry has not laid CC roads within the premises.
12. The industry has to develop green belt all along the premises.
13. The house keeping of the industry was observed to be very poor.
