This office sought certain clarifications from the industry but, without receipt of any clarifications the application received in RO ID. It is to inform that as per combined site & topo plan, the applicant establishing proposed industry without maintaining transportation siting guidelines i.e.,1. National Highways – 50 Mts. 2. State Highways – 40 Mts. 3. MDR / Village Road – 20 Mts. *Road Land Boundary means the boundary of the road upto which land is acquired for road purposes. Hence, your application is rejected and advise to submit application with a revised combined site & topo plan as per the Siting Guidelines from Transportation / Communication System. |
