| Clarification Note: |
1. Earlier, the project has obtained CFO & HWA Order (Fresh: : Block A & B, Renewal: Block – C) dated 02.12.2023 from the Board by name M/s. Kothur Logistic Ltd., with Built up area 15,300 Sq. mtrs. Now, again the project has applied for CFE at the same premises with name change as M/s. Naffco India Private Limited at same Block C. Please justify whether you have applied for Block C again with name change.
2. The proponent has not submitted land documents along with details of built up area.
3. Earlier, M/s. Fosroc Chemicals India Private Limited has obtained for CFE vide order dated 24.03.2023 for Block E - Built up area - 9945.65 Sq.mtrs at the same premises.
4. The project has not submitted Block wise compliance report on the of CFO conditions issued by the Board.
5. As per the CFE order total investment cost is Rs. 321.5 Crores but the proponent has applied in
the CFE application with investment for Rs. 4.10 crores. Please justify Block wise investment cost.
6. The proponent shall submit details of quantities of water consumption along with waste water generation its treatment & disposal methods. i.e., for Floor washings, Air Cooling (HVAC) & ASU, Paint booth wastewater (process Wastewater), Domestic, Scrubber, Water for Process..etc
7. The proponent shall submit details of DG set capacities along details of hazardous wastes like cotton waste, Paint residue, sealant residue, paint & sealants containers, Drilling scrap & packing waste.
8. The proponent shall submit details of paint booth along with details of filter exhaust before letting into the atmosphere through stack. The proponent shall submit details of stack height above the roof level for proper dispersion.
9. The proponent shall submit details of STP capacity for treated wastewater.
