As per the application, the proponent proposed to transfer the existing saw mill unit from Gorrekunta (V), Geesugonda (M), Warangal and proposed to establish the saw mill/timber depot at Madikonda (V), Kazpiet (M), Hanumakonda District. At this present location, the unit is considered as a new unit in the proposed location. As per the Hon’ble Supreme Court Order dated 29/30.10.2002 in writ petition (C) No. 202 of 1995, no permissions being issued for new any Saw mills, veneer and plywood industry. |
