| Clarification Note: | During inspection it was observed the following: d) The industry is discharging the wash water to the Kutcha pit located in West direction of the unit. Sample of the same is collected and submitted at central lab for analysis. e) The industry is carrying out hot extrusion of washed plastic to form granules in the shed causing odour nuisance due to obnoxious fumes generated from the extrusion process. f) The industry is burning the extrusion die plates openly which releases obnoxious fumes and causes odour nuisance in the surroundings. g) The industry is storing the plastic bags(Raw material) openly on the ground caused spillages of different materials on the ground. h) The industry has dumped the sludge from kutcha settling pit openly on ground. i) The unit is located adjacent to the commercial and residential area of Marpally village. j) This office has issued Show cause notice on 10.01.2024 for operating without the consents of the Board and causing air and water pollution in the surroundings. You are requested to submit the reply stating the suitable measures taken to the above violations or else the application will be not considered. |
